Description
- PLC (Planar Lightwave Circuit) splitter is a kind of optical power management device that is manufactured using silica optical waveguide technology. The primary use is the distribution of optical signals from the Central Office (CO) to multiple local locations. The PLC fan splitter is mainly used for ribbon fiber which can be separated into 0.9mm optical fibers.
- Fiber adapters can be provided for the input and output ends of these types of splitters, allowing them to be used directly in NAPs, customer distribution boxes, and outside plant cabinets.
- The PLC Fan-out / Mini splitter has stronger fiber protection than the bare fiber splitter, as a result of miniaturization of the cassette splitter. It is mainly used in variety of junction and distribution boxes or network cabinets.
- Frog Engineering proporciona una variedad de divisores de distribución de PLC 1xN y 2xN, incluyendo 1×2, 1×4, 1×8, 1×16,1×32, 1×64 y 2×2, 2×4, 2×8, 2×16, 2×32, 2×64 con divisores de PLC de tipo abanico (fan-out).
